Urgent Notes Typing to PDF

I need several pages of already-typed paper notes transcribed into a clean, searchable PDF right away. The content simply has to be re-keyed accurately and laid out with standard text formatting—no elaborate styles, just clear headings, normal body text, and consistent spacing.

Please include both a header and footer on every page. I’ll supply the exact wording for each once we start; for now, leave placeholder text so you can keep moving quickly.

Turnaround is critical, so I’m looking for someone who can start immediately and return:

• A polished PDF ready for distribution
• The editable source file (Word, Google Docs, or similar) for any last-minute tweaks
