Transcribe Photo Notes to Excel

I have a collection of handwritten notes captured as photos and I need every piece of usable information moved cleanly into Excel. The content varies—some pages are straight text, others list figures, and a few contain rough tables—so I want each type of data extracted and placed on its own worksheet:

• Text details on one sheet
• All numerical data on another
• Any table-style content rebuilt on a third

Accuracy is critical: spelling must match the originals, numbers must remain exactly as written, and tables should preserve their row-and-column structure. Feel free to propose a smarter layout if you can justify why it serves the data better, but plan to deliver a single .xlsx file with those three clearly labelled tabs. A quick sample from one of the photos will be expected before we move on to the full batch so we can confirm formatting and clarity.
