Urgent Ansys CFD Simulations

I need an Ansys specialist who can immediately set up and run coupled mechanical-part and fluid-flow simulations. The components operate in a mixed medium of water, oil, and silt and must endure simultaneous high temperature, high pressure, and a corrosive atmosphere, so the model has to capture both the fluid dynamics and the structural response in one workflow.

Your task is to build the CFD model (Fluent / CFX), link it to the structural solver for stress and deformation checks, and then translate the results into clear material recommendations that balance performance, corrosion resistance, and manufacturability. A fast turnaround is essential because material selection is on a critical path for procurement.

Deliverables
• Ansys project files with all geometry preparation, meshing, boundary conditions, and solver settings
• A concise report summarising flow patterns, pressure drops, thermal loads, stress hotspots, safety factors, and the proposed material shortlist with justification
• A short call or written hand-over explaining how to rerun or tweak the model for future what-if studies
