Title: Recruiter Required to Find an Experienced DCP Manufacturing Expert

We need an experienced recruiter/headhunter to identify professionals with direct experience in manufacturing food-grade or animal-feed-grade Dicalcium Phosphate (DCP).

Your responsibility:

• Search LinkedIn, job portals and relevant chemical-industry networks
• Identify candidates currently looking for a job or open to changing jobs
• Contact and briefly screen them
• Verify their direct DCP/MCP manufacturing and plant-commissioning experience
• Confirm their current location, salary expectations and willingness to relocate to Udaipur, Rajasthan
• Provide CVs and contact details of interested candidates

Candidate requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Direct DCP/MCP manufacturing experience
• Experience in plant setup, process design or commissioning
• Food-grade or feed-grade DCP knowledge
• General chemical, PCC or fertilizer experience alone is not acceptable
