Urban Park Bird Photography

I’m putting together a fresh visual story of the birdlife that starts stirring in our city parks just after dawn. I need a skilled photographer who can be on-site in parks and gardens at first light, blend in quietly, and capture sharp, well-composed images of birds in their typical urban habitat—perching on benches, flitting through flowering trees, splashing in fountains, or scavenging near pathways.
You’ll bring your own gear (a DSLR or mirrorless body with a fast telephoto lens is essential; a lightweight tripod or monopod and a silent shutter mode will help). Natural-light techniques will dominate, and I’d like minimal flash so we preserve the authentic early-morning ambience.
Deliverables
• 40 final, edited high-resolution JPEGs (sRGB, 300 dpi)
• The corresponding RAW files for all keeper shots
• Basic metadata (species if identifiable, location within the park, and time)
Acceptance Criteria
• Images are tack-sharp on the subject with no motion blur.
• Composition shows clear urban context—park benches, paths, signage, or skyline elements subtly included.
• At least five different bird species appear across the set.
Turnaround is flexible within two weeks of shooting, though earlier is welcome. If you already know the city’s quieter gardens or have a proven bird portfolio, that will stand out in your bid.
