We are looking for an experienced OpenText ZENworks Suite trainer/consultant to deliver comprehensive, hands-on training for our technical team. The ideal professional should have strong practical experience in ZENworks administration, configuration, deployment, patch management, endpoint management, and troubleshooting.

Scope of Training

The training should cover, as applicable:

Introduction and architecture of OpenText ZENworks Suite
ZENworks Configuration Management (ZCM)
ZENworks Endpoint Security Management
ZENworks Patch Management
Device enrollment and endpoint management
Software/package/application deployment
Policy and configuration management
Imaging and operating system deployment
Patch creation, deployment, and management
Remote management and troubleshooting
User and device administration
Reporting and monitoring
Best practices for ZENworks administration
Real-world troubleshooting scenarios and use cases
Hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises
Trainer Requirements

The freelancer should have:

Strong hands-on experience with OpenText ZENworks Suite
Practical experience in enterprise ZENworks implementation and administration
Experience delivering technical training to corporate/IT teams
Ability to provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises
Strong communication and presentation skills
Relevant OpenText/ZENworks certifications would be an advantage
