I am launching a home staging company called STAGED. with the tagline “Designed to be desired.”
We are a professional home staging company working primarily with real estate agents, homeowners, investors and builders. We stage vacant and occupied homes for sale using furniture, artwork, rugs, accessories and décor.
I am looking for someone with a very strong eye for modern, upscale design to create a simple but beautiful website and set up the visual branding for our Instagram account.
The brand should feel modern, sophisticated, clean, minimal and high-end — not overly feminine, colorful, busy or “decorator-like.” I prefer a neutral palette: black, white, ivory, warm beige/taupe and natural tones.
The website should be very photo-driven, with large beautiful staging images and minimal text. I will provide inspiration websites, our logo/branding direction, photos and information about the company.
Website should include: Home, About, Services, Portfolio/Gallery, How It Works, and Contact/Request a Quote. The site must be mobile-friendly, fast, professional, easy for me to edit later, and include a contact/request-a-quote form.
I would also like links to our Instagram and other social media.
Instagram setup: Create/optimize the business Instagram profile; create a professional bio; create profile image/branding; design approximately 6–9 initial posts/templates so the account looks established and cohesive when launched; create highlight covers for Staging, Before & After, Projects, Services, About and Contact; and establish a consistent visual style that I can continue using.
I do not need complicated functionality, e-commerce or a large website. I want a relatively simple website that looks extremely polished and high-end.
Please include examples of home staging, interior design, real estate or luxury service-business websites you have personally designed.
