Update & Enhance Service-Oriented Website

After recently buying a local service oriented business near me in Florida, I am looking to hire someone to help me update the website they had which was designed with Wordpress. For phase 1, we can use the existing basics of the layout so it will be a matter of updating the design based on new logos I had designed and updating some of the content using Squarespace. Nothing major on the redesign for now and I can provide the updated content. Since the website has been in place for a long time, I do have a concern over losing page rankings and I am hoping that proper redirects will help with this.

I can further update some basic details afterward. If all goes well with phase 1, I prefer to use the same person for phase 2within a couple/few months with the redesign being updates and additions of customer testimonials, references, and likely incorporating some videos of some of the work we have done. Part of the time after phase 1 will be to gather this content because there is very notable work being done currently.
