Unified Retail ERP App & Website

I’m building an end-to-end digital ecosystem for Raj Electronics and would like to tackle the Android app first, then roll the same experience out to iOS and a public website, all fed by one real-time backend.

The core idea is simple: a single database should power product listings, inventory counts, dealer and customer accounts, payments, GST-compliant billing, delivery tracking, promotions, and sales / profit analytics. Any change—be it stock received in the warehouse or an order placed on a phone—must reflect instantly everywhere.

Key user flows I need you to engineer:

• Dealers log in to a dedicated area where they can view dealer-only prices, check live stock levels, and place orders at those rates.
• Retail customers browse, compare products, add to cart, pay online, and pick delivery or in-store pickup.
• Staff manage everything from a web-based admin/ERP dashboard: products, inventory, pricing tiers, orders, payments, GST invoices, shipping updates, offers, returns, and granular reports.

Tech expectations
• Modern Android stack first (Kotlin + Jetpack components preferred) with clean architecture ready to be mirrored on iOS.
• A scalable backend (Node.js, Django, or similar) exposing REST/GraphQL APIs, real-time updates via WebSockets or Firebase, and a web frontend for the admin panel.
• Secure payment gateway integration, GST invoice generation, role-based access, and push/email notifications.
• Cloud deployment with automated CI/CD, database backups, and basic analytics.
