UK Porting Site Modernisation

I run an established UK porting website and I need it fully modernised on a short, one-off contract. Every public and members-only page, along with our supplier templates, must look and feel contemporary, load fast and work flawlessly on mobile, tablet and desktop.

The core objectives are to increase user engagement through a sharper interface, seamless responsiveness and high-quality graphics. While upgrading the existing structure, I also want fresh features that make the site stickier—please recommend what you believe will deliver the biggest lift and I’ll prioritise quickly.

Key deliverables
• Re-design of all inside, membership and supplier template pages with a clean, intuitive UI (HTML5, CSS3, JS/React or equivalent).
• Fully responsive layout and thorough cross-device testing.
• New, lightweight graphic assets that elevate the brand without compromising speed.
• At least one engagement-boosting feature (e.g. interactive port finder, real-time availability, or another idea you propose).
• Handover of optimised source files plus a brief style guide so future updates stay consistent.

The project is time-sensitive, so please outline your estimated timeline and any early wins you can ship first. I’m ready to move fast and will be available for quick feedback throughout.
