I have a batch of concrete panels that must be shaped on a 5-axis bridge saw. The patterns are intricate, and every detail is already laid out in a digital CAD file, so the job revolves around translating that file into flawless cuts on the machine.

Here’s what I need you to handle from start to finish:
• Import my CAD file, generate or refine the G-code, and set up the saw accordingly.
• Select the right tooling, calibrate the spindle angles, and secure each panel so chipping is kept to an absolute minimum.
• Run the complete cutting cycle for all panels, checking tolerances as you go (±1 mm max).
• Deburr and rinse the finished pieces, then label and stage them for the next trade.

Deliverables:
• Fully cut, ready-to-install concrete panels that match the CAD geometry.
• A copy of the final machine program and any setup notes you create on the shop floor.

I’m after someone who’s comfortable operating a 5-axis bridge saw through complex geometries and who can spot potential issues before hitting the green button. If that sounds like you, let’s talk schedules and tool preferences so we can get these panels on the truck.
