I’m looking for qualified typographers with a formal education in typography or graphic design, preferably German-speaking, to professionally typeset and format my books.
I currently have a 430-page fitness guide that needs professional interior layout and typesetting for Amazon KDP.
Project Details:
Book format: 5.5 × 8.5 inches
Length: Approximately 430 pages
Printing: Black and white
Content: Text-heavy, including several tables
Platform: Amazon KDP
Initial edition: Paperback, with the possibility of creating an eBook version later
Existing files: Microsoft Word and PDF
I would also appreciate the inclusion of a few professionally designed icons, either custom-created or sourced from licensed stock image platforms.
The cover design is already complete. The interior typography, fonts, and overall layout should complement the existing cover to ensure a consistent and professional visual identity.
Technical Requirements:
The entire book must be professionally typeset using Adobe InDesign. I require the final print-ready PDF as well as the fully editable InDesign source files.
Budget: $250 USD (fixed and non-negotiable).
Deadline: Approximately one week, although there is some flexibility depending on the circumstances.
I also believe in rewarding excellent work. I always provide a tip when I’m satisfied with the quality of the work and the overall collaboration.
