We run a Perth-based education agency and need a Mandarin- and English-speaking marketer who truly understands how Chinese parents research study options. My priority is to grow our presence on Xiaohongshu (Red) and support it with WeChat activity.
We are looking for a bilingual Chinese and English marketing specialist to plan and deliver a bilingual content and social-media campaign that blends engaging storytelling with clear calls to enquire about our services. I’m interested in two core approaches: creating original content and running sustained social media campaigns. No influencer outreach is required at this stage.
The content mix I have in mind includes blog-style notes, short vertical videos and paid ad creatives, all optimised for Xiaohongshu’s algorithm and cross-posted or adapted for WeChat where appropriate. Every piece must read naturally to Chinese parents while preserving our professional tone in English when needed for local partners.
Key deliverables
• 4–6 bilingual Xiaohongshu notes per month, complete with visuals, hashtags and SEO-friendly titles
• 2–3 short videos per month, scripted, edited and captioned in both languages
• Companion WeChat posts that summarise and link back to the Xiaohongshu content
• A posting calendar and basic performance report highlighting reach, saves, comments and enquiry conversions
All creative assets must be yours to license, and metrics should be captured using Xiaohongshu’s native analytics or similar third-party tools.
If you have proven results with education brands or migration services targeting Chinese audiences, let me know—along with a brief outline of how you would hit the ground running in the first 30 days.
