Two-Unit 2D House Plan

MAX BUDGET IS 20 USD

I need a clear, accurate 2-D plan that splits a 110 sqm building into two equal homes of 55 sqm each, arranged over two floors. The final drawing has to arrive in editable DWG format so I can pass it straight to the structural engineer.

Two small main entrance for each unit

Ground floor: Living and its toilet + Kitchen + Toilet + Store
First floor: two bedrooms + toilet

Each unit should show practical circulation, sensible wall thicknesses and well-proportioned rooms (living, kitchen, bath, bedrooms) on both levels. I will use the file for permit submission, so internal and external dimensions, door and window tags and basic furniture outlines must read cleanly at 1:100 scale.

Please keep the overall footprint compact and mirrored where possible; stairs may be shared or independent—whichever yields the best flow. Feel free to suggest either a modern or a more traditional layout if it achieves better space efficiency; I’m open as long as the drawing remains within the 55 sqm per floor limit.

Deliverables
• One layered DWG file with all dimensions, annotations and room labels
• A plotted PDF of the same drawing for quick review

I will review against accurate scaling, logical room placement and DWG layer organization before releasing the milestone.
