Clear Audio Enhancement for Ringcam

I need to enhance the audio and isolate voices on about 6 Ringcam recordings. I want this to be confidential as it involves infidelity, the goal is to make phone conversations inside my house between my partner and whomever he is on the phone to audible and clear over any background and outdoor noises.

Requirements:
- Reduce background noise like wind, hissing , static, humming, wildlife, static, and TV sounds.
- Enhance quiet voices to be able to hear conversations clearly.
- Maintain audio quality and ensure it sounds natural so conversations and voices can be recognised.
- Tools and software proficiency for effective noise reduction.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with audio editing and noise reduction.
- Familiarity with various audio enhancement tools.
- Attention to detail to ensure clarity without distortion.
- Prior work on similar projects is a plus.
