Two-Sided Tailoring Marketplace App

I’m building a complete mobile platform that connects customers, home-based tailors, and drivers so clothing alterations can be booked, collected, stitched, and returned with minimal friction. One Flutter codebase will serve three role-specific interfaces: customer, tailor, and driver. Each user signs in with their own credentials; tailors see only the jobs assigned to them and issue custom quotes directly from the app, while drivers follow a pickup-and-delivery workflow.

The backend will run on Django REST with PostgreSQL. It must expose secure APIs for authentication, order management, wallet balances, and Stripe payments, automatically withholding the 20 % platform commission. Driver dispatch should support both automatic matching (based on proximity and availability) and manual overrides from the admin panel.

Core deliverables:
• Flutter apps for iOS & Android covering customer, tailor, and driver roles
• Responsive web admin panel for job oversight, user management, payout triggers, and real-time logs
• Django REST API with PostgreSQL schema, Stripe integration, and role-based access controls
• Basic location tracking for drivers (live map view plus status updates)
• Complete source code, environment files, and deployment documentation

Acceptance criteria will be a fully functional staging build that lets me create a user of each role, run a full order cycle—from customer request through tailor quote, driver pickups, payment capture, to final delivery—and view corresponding records in the admin dashboard.
