Trust Litigator Needed San Diego County California

I'm seeking an experienced trust litigator to file an action to compel the delivery of a trust agreement. The documents are currently being withheld due to administrative delays.

Daughter's mother remarried and new husband and mother created joint trust. Mother (79) died 5 months ago and under California Law we are told that heirs are entitled to a copy of the trust documents. That is the assignment. Are heirs entitled to a copy of the trust agreement ? If so written demand has been made via certified mail and regular mail after husband refused verbal attempts.
Husband told mother's daughter that she had been removed as a remainder beneficiary via amendment to trust but that there was a specific bequeath. need to determine the facts. There are potential side issues in last months of mother's life of mother's addiction and admitted dementia to see if there has been any illegal activity. The above is for context only.
