Trousers Recolour & Bollard Removal

I have a single photograph that needs two clean-cut edits. First, the trousers must shift to black—but not a flat, matte tone. I want a deep black with a subtle polished sheen that still respects the fabric’s folds, highlights and natural shadows. Second, there’s a bollard in the foreground that has to disappear. Please rebuild the spot it occupies so the scene looks untouched, keeping the background as natural-looking as possible rather than simply cloning nearby pavement.

Send back a full-resolution JPEG (plus the layered PSD if you work in Photoshop) so I can make tweaks later if needed. Accuracy in colour grading and seamless background reconstruction are the two key success factors for this quick retouch.
