I’m preparing a residential subdivision for machine-control and need every sewer manhole converted into a clean 3D CAD model. For each location, this will be a 3D model in CAD that shows the chamber itself, all pipe connections, and the correct invert levels. Once drafted, I want the data packaged as a Trimble Business Center (.vce) project so I can upload it straight to Trimble Connect and push it to our field controllers.

Preferred workflow is AutoCAD / Civil 3D for the drafting, then Trimble Business Center for final compilation, but if you have another CAD-to-TBC path that meets the same end result, I’m open to it as long as the finished file imports cleanly.

Deliverables
• Individual DWG files for each manhole with manhole, pipe connections, and invert levels accurately modeled
• One consolidated Trimble Business Center project containing all manholes, ready for direct upload to Trimble Connect
• A brief summary sheet listing structure names, coordinates, and inverts for quick cross-checking

Acceptance
The .vce must open without errors in the current release of Trimble Business Center and display correctly in Trimble Connect; geometry should line up with my control points to within 5 mm and layer naming should remain intuitive for future edits.

If this fits your skill set and you can turn it around promptly, let’s get started.
