Tri-Platform Salon Booking Suite

I’m building a seamless salon-management ecosystem made up of three sibling apps—native iOS, native Android and a responsive web portal—all backed by one code-friendly API and database. Each app must recognise three distinct roles: Customer, Salon staff and Admin.

Customers need to glide through service selection, real-time appointment booking and secure in-app/web payment, so an intuitive UI and PCI-compliant gateway integration are essential. Staff should be able to confirm or adjust bookings, view daily schedules and mark services as complete, while Admin must oversee everything: service catalogue, staff accounts, commission settings, analytics and promotions.

To keep the project straightforward, here’s how I picture the tangible deliverables:

• Shared backend with REST/GraphQL API, role-based auth and real-time notifications
• Source code in Git with clear README, plus basic CI/CD scripts

I’ll supply brand assets, sample data and endpoint requirements; you drive architecture, coding, and unit tests. Clean code, timely milestones and open communication will be my acceptance criteria.
