Motorcycle Fleet Garage System Development

Title: Developer / Team Needed – Garage Management Mobile App + Admin Dashboard

Hello,

I'm looking for an experienced developer or team to build a garage management system for our motorcycle fleet business in Qatar. The system has two parts: a native mobile application for our garage staff, and a web-based admin dashboard for management.

Please note: we need a proper native (or cross-platform) mobile app, not a PWA.

About the Business
We run a 3PL company with a motorcycle fleet. We rent bikes to riders and also have our own riders using company bikes. Our in-house garage handles repairs and servicing such as brake shoe replacement, engine oil changes and general maintenance.

Jobs fall into two categories:

Paid jobs – repairs on rental bikes, charged to the rider/customer
Internal jobs – repairs on our own company bikes, free of charge

The system must clearly separate and track both.

Mobile App – For Garage Staff

Secure login with role-based access
View daily assigned tasks
Create new job cards
Update job status (pending, in progress, on hold, completed)
View tasks assigned by supervisors/managers
Mark each job as paid or internal
Add spare parts and labour used on each job
Add notes and upload photos
Service history per bike and per rider
Push notifications for new assigned tasks

User Roles

Admin
Maintenance Manager
Maintenance Supervisor
Technician
Mechanic
Helper

Each role must have its own permissions (view, create, edit, approve).

Admin Dashboard – Web

Overview of all jobs and live workshop status
Create, assign, edit and close job cards
Sales and revenue reports for paid jobs
Cost tracking for internal jobs
Spare parts inventory: stock in/out, low-stock alerts, automatic deduction when parts are used on a job
Role management: create, update and delete roles and permissions
Staff management and productivity reports
Bike/fleet records with full service history
Export reports (Excel/PDF)

General Requirements

Simple, easy-to-use interface for mechanics
Works smoothly on low-end Android phones
English and Arabic language support
Secure and scalable
Offline mode for the mobile app is a plus
