TRC20 USDT Flash Developer Needed

I need a UK-based blockchain engineer who can deliver a genuine TRC20 USDT flash solution—not a new token, but real Tether that shows up under the official contract on TronScan, is accepted by centralised exchanges, and can be moved again before its programmed reversal.

Core objective
My priority is rapid USDT balance generation that I can transfer between Binance exchange wallets, Trust Wallet, and any other TRC20 address. During the flash window the funds must remain fully tradeable and swappable inside the wallets or on-exchange, then clear automatically once the timer expires.

Scope of work
• Build or configure the flash engine so deposits reach the chosen wallet in under three minutes, register at least one on-chain confirmation, and survive a customisable period (up to 24 h) before vanishing or returning.
