UI/UX Redesign for Developer Web Platform

I'm looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to review and improve an existing web platform.

The platform organizes developer information, project history, technical contributions, reputation data, verification details, and analysis results into structured profiles and dashboards.

This is an urgent task because the project is approaching an internal review and development milestone. I'm currently focused on coordinating the development work, reviewing technical progress, and preparing the next phase of the project, so I don't have enough time to handle the design review properly myself.

I will share the full project description and current source with the selected designer so you can understand the existing structure and work directly from the current implementation.

Key Tasks:

* Review the current UI/UX
* Identify usability and visual design issues
* Improve profile and dashboard layouts
* Improve typography, spacing, navigation, and visual hierarchy
* Simplify complex information and make it easier to understand
* Improve responsive design for desktop and mobile
* Create consistent reusable design components
* Provide practical designs that developers can implement quickly
