Translate Documents to Marathi & Hindi

I have several documents written in English that need to be rendered accurately into both Marathi and Hindi. The originals range from short letters to multi-page reports, so the tone shifts from conversational to formal, and I want that nuance preserved in the translations. Both target texts must be delivered in clear Devanagari script, free of machine-translation artifacts and ready for publication without additional proofreading.

Please keep the original layout wherever practical—headings, bullet points, tables and any embedded terminology should mirror the source so I can slip the files straight back into our workflow. Consistency of terminology between the Marathi and Hindi versions is important, and I’d appreciate a brief glossary if you coin or select specialised terms that recur.
