Research 100 India-Based Instagram Micro-Influencers (Under 20K Followers, High Reel Views)

Project Overview
I need a researcher to find and verify 100 Instagram influencers based in India who have a small follower base but strong Reel performance.

Qualifying Criteria (all must be met)
1. Location: Creator is based in India.
2. Followers: Fewer than 20,000 followers.
3. Reel Performance: At least 3 of their last 5 Reels have 20,000+ views each.
4. Account Type: Active personal creator accounts only. No meme pages, repost pages, brand pages, or inactive accounts.

Deliverable
A Google Sheet with these columns:
Instagram Handle | Profile Link | Follower Count | Niche/Category | City (if visible) | Views on Last 5 Reels (Reel 1 to Reel 5) | Date Checked

Quality Requirements
- Every entry must be manually verified.
- No duplicates.
- Data must be current as of the submission date.
- I will spot-check entries. Only accounts that meet all criteria will count toward the 100.
