**UAE Transfer Pricing Specialist – Owner/Director Remuneration Benchmarking Report**

We are a UAE-based accounting and tax consultancy seeking an experienced freelance Transfer Pricing specialist to prepare a professional **Owner/Director Remuneration Benchmarking Report** for one client, in accordance with Articles 34 and 36 of the UAE Corporate Tax Law.

**Scope of Work:**
- Conduct a functional analysis of the owner's/director's responsibilities and services.
- Select and justify an appropriate transfer pricing benchmarking methodology (CUP, TNMM, or another suitable method).
- Use reliable market data sources such as TP Catalyst, Orbis, Hays, Cooper Fitch, or appropriate alternatives.
- Identify suitable comparables based on industry, responsibilities, company size, and other relevant criteria.
- Prepare a documented benchmarking analysis, including search criteria, an Accept/Reject Matrix where applicable, and an arm's length remuneration range.
- Deliver a professional report supported by verifiable evidence and suitable for UAE Corporate Tax documentation and potential FTA review.

**Requirements:**
- Demonstrated experience in Transfer Pricing and benchmarking studies.
- Familiarity with UAE Corporate Tax regulations.
- Ability to provide an anonymized sample of similar work.
- Clear explanation of the proposed methodology and data sources.
