I have a backlog of information sitting in PDF files that needs to be transferred accurately into well-structured Excel workbooks. The job is strictly manual data entry—no scraping tools—so a sharp eye for detail and a steady pace are essential. Once the data is in Excel, I’ll also lean on you to keep the sheets tidy: proper formatting, basic formulas where useful, and clear labeling so I can filter or pivot the numbers later without confusion.

Beyond the spreadsheets, I occasionally need short pieces of content written or refreshed. Think product descriptions, brief how-to blurbs, or introductory paragraphs for reports tied to the data you just processed. Solid grammar, a concise style, and the ability to match an existing tone will make that part smooth for both of us.

Here’s how we’ll work:
• You’ll pull the figures line-by-line from the PDFs into my Excel template.
• Before sending anything back, double-check for typos and make sure column totals align with the source.
• When the data section is complete, I’ll flag any content items that need drafting; you’ll deliver those in a Word doc or directly in the sheet’s notes section—whichever is cleaner for the task at hand.
