My ArcGIS Pro 3.0 single-use license is still tied to a laptop that no longer boots, and Esri’s online licensing portal refuses to de-authorize it even after I followed the normal steps. I also don’t have access to an active Esri Customer Service account, so I can’t open a support ticket directly with them.
I need someone familiar with Esri licensing workflows—especially the steps for reclaiming or transferring a locked-up single-use license—to walk me through (or, if possible, handle) the entire process so I can activate ArcGIS Pro 3.0 on my new Windows laptop. This may involve:
• Verifying the license status in My Esri
• Requesting a manual reset or entitlement transfer from Esri on my behalf
• Guiding me through installation and successful activation on the new machine
Please outline the exact actions you can take and the timeframe you expect to solve it. Once ArcGIS Pro 3.0 opens and authorizes on the new laptop, I’ll consider the job complete.
