Transcribe Handwritten Notes to Word

I have a collection of handwritten notes that need to be typed into a Microsoft Word document. The text must mirror the original wording exactly, with only basic formatting applied—regular paragraphs, simple bullet points, and italic or bold text when it is clearly indicated in the notes.

I will supply a brief style guide that covers how to apply the headings and subheadings; outside of those guidelines keep everything else clean and straightforward.

Accuracy is paramount: every word, number, and punctuation mark should match the source material. If a section is illegible, mark it clearly so I can review it later.
