The application connects doctors to patients, logs health profiles, and facilitates physical courier fulfillment of clinical dispatches.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

Regulatory Compliance Framework: Ensure absolute compliance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines of India and Digital Health Standards.
Patient Terms & Disclaimers: Formulate terms that explicitly establish the platform as an intermediary connection engine, protecting us from direct clinical malpractice or diagnostic liabilities.
Doctor Onboarding Contracts: Structure binding service terms requiring medical professionals to maintain valid registration and take sole responsibility for electronic dispatches.
Health Data Privacy Policy: Engineer a comprehensive Privacy Policy detailing how patient profiles, clinical histories, and prescription logs are securely processed.

Required Skills:

* Professional law background specializing in Digital Health, Telemedicine, or Information Technology laws in India
* Prior experience drafting platform disclaimers for healthcare intermediaries, aggregators, or clinical management software
* Detail-oriented understanding of medical liability mitigation
