I already have a full set of hand-drawn sketches for a two-storey, 250 m² traditional villa. What I now need is a clean, dimensionally accurate 2D package that I can forward straight to the engineer and local authorities.

The core of the job is to translate every wall, opening, staircase and level change from my sketches into precise CAD drawings. I also expect scaled site positioning so the building sits correctly on the plot. If you work in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD or similar that’s perfect; I’ll need the editable files plus PDFs.

Beyond the main footprint, I may add a small landscape layout and a couple of detached service rooms, so leave space in your workflow for those adjustments.

Interior notes
• Exterior style must stay strictly traditional.
• I want custom interior treatments for the kitchen, living room and all bedrooms—cabinet runs, furniture blocks and fixture positions rather than generic placeholders.

Deliverables
• Floor plans for ground and first floors (fully dimensioned, 20CM for external walls 10-15 internal , to centreline and finish face)
• Roof outline and basic elevations to confirm traditional detailing
• Site plan showing setbacks, driveway, garden zones and the potential outbuildings
• Separate enlarged plans for kitchen, living room, and each bedroom with cabinetry and furniture layouts
• Source DWG (or equivalent) files plus print-ready PDFs at 1:100 and 1:50 scales

I will supply the scanned sketches and any additional notes immediately on award. Turnaround within 5 days is ideal, but let me know if you need a little longer for quality control.

Its CAD need for 250M strictly. And we can add later the landscape and rooms outside.
