Excel Formulas & PDF Extraction

I need two things handled in the same engagement. First, my existing workbook needs reliable SUM, AVERAGE and a few straightforward (and nested) IF formulas placed in the correct columns so monthly roll-ups calculate automatically. Second, I have several reports locked away in PDF format that must be converted into clean, fully editable Excel sheets—tables aligned, numbers preserved as numbers, and no text scrambling.

Feel free to work with whichever tools you trust most—Power Query, Adobe Acrobat, or a dedicated converter is fine—as long as the end result is accurate and easy for me to maintain. I’m flexible on timing, so take the space you need to get the details right.

Deliverables:
• Updated .xlsx file with all requested formulas in place and functioning
• Converted Excel versions of each supplied PDF, formatted to match the originals
• A brief read-me noting where each formula lives and any assumptions you made

Quality and clarity matter more than speed; there’s no strict deadline.
