I already have a working TradingView strategy written in Pine Script and now want that logic translated into Python so it can run from my own PC. The finished script should listen for real-time alerts or pull candles directly, reproduce the strategy’s entry/exit rules exactly, and immediately fire MARKET orders through the Definedge Securities API.
Scope of work
• Translate my existing Pine Script into clean, well-commented Python.
• Build the broker interface: authenticate with Definedge Securities, place live market orders, and confirm fills. No balance checks or history pulls are required.
• Package everything so it runs reliably on Windows (command line or simple GUI is fine) and can be started at the beginning of each session, reconnecting if the internet drops.
Acceptance criteria
1. A single Python file (or small module) that mirrors the TradingView strategy logic one-to-one.
2. Successful live execution of market orders on a test symbol in my Definedge account while I share screen.
3. Brief README explaining setup, required libraries (e.g., requests, websocket-client, pandas), and how to add my API keys and symbols.
If you have previous experience wiring Python bots to brokerage REST/WebSocket APIs and translating Pine Script rules, I’d love to see an example.
