E-Store Manager

E-Store Manager is a multi-tenant Shopify app designed to automate product discovery, fulfillment, marketing, and customer service for dropshipping stores operating on an Amazon FBA-style fulfillment model — where products are sold on the merchant’s own Shopify storefront but fulfilled and shipped through Amazon’s fulfillment network rather than traditional slow-ship dropshipping.

What it does

Product Discovery
A discovery engine identifies best-selling products within a given niche — surfacing what’s already proven to sell well, rather than speculative bulk-buy bets. It pulls data from:

• CJdropshipping — product search, pricing, order creation, and tracking via their API

• AutoDS — automated product search/import, with one-way push to Shopify

• DSers — AliExpress-sourced catalog, synced through the DSers UI into Shopify

Products are ranked using signals like sales velocity/demand, margin, trend momentum (Google Trends, public TikTok signals), customer rating, and market saturation within the niche — without scraping restricted sources like Amazon bestseller pages. The goal is to tell the merchant “these are the winning products in your niche right now,” so they can decide which to add to their store.

Product Import & Sync
Once a merchant selects products from the discovery results, they’re imported into their Shopify store via the Shopify Admin API, with supplier metadata (source, cost, shipping time) tagged for later routing.

Fulfillment — Amazon FBA Focused
Instead of routing every order back to the original supplier for one-off shipping, the app treats Amazon as the primary fulfillment warehouse.

• Merchant-owned inventory that has been shipped into Amazon’s warehouses is fulfilled via the Amazon SP-API (Multi-Channel Fulfillment / MCF) when a Shopify order comes in — Amazon picks, packs, and ships the order using its own logistics network, even though the sale happened on Shopify.

• Products not yet stocked at Amazon can fall back to standard supplier-side fulfillment via CJdropshipping/AutoDS/DSers.

• The routing layer decides per-order which path to use based on whether FBA stock exists for that SKU.

Marketing
AI-generated marketing copy (product descriptions, ad copy, social posts) is drafted for each product, but always requires human approval before publishing — no autonomous posting.

Customer Service
AI-drafted responses to common customer inquiries (order status, returns, product questions — including FBA-specific questions like Amazon-handled shipping/tracking), again with a human-in-the-loop review step rather than fully autonomous replies.

Multi-Tenancy
The app is built to manage multiple independent Shopify stores from a single instance, with per-store OAuth sessions, isolated data, and separate supplier/FBA inventory configurations for each tenant.

How it works (architecture)

1. Shopify OAuth — each store installs the app and authorizes access; sessions and tokens are stored per-tenant.

2. Discovery Engine — periodically queries supplier APIs and market-signal sources, identifies top-selling products per niche, scores them, and stores candidates for merchant review.

3. Import Layer — approved products are written to Shopify via the Admin API, with supplier source and FBA-stock status tagged in metadata.

4. Order/Fulfillment Webhooks — Shopify order events trigger routing logic: if the SKU has FBA inventory, the order is dispatched to Amazon via SP-API/MCF; otherwise it falls back to supplier dropship fulfillment.

5. Marketing & CS Modules — generate drafts, hold them in a review queue, and only push/send after merchant approval.

6. Data Layer — a relational schema tracks stores, sessions, discovered products (with niche/bestseller signals), imported products, FBA inventory levels, orders, line items, and fulfillment status/source, enabling reporting and reconciliation across tenants.
