IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION (READ FIRST):
This project is NOT 12 different designs. It is ONE single townhouse design solution that will be repeated 12 times (mirrored across 6 plots).
In practice, the work is:
* 1 townhouse unit design (with mirrored version)
* Repeated as 6 identical buildings (12 total units)
So the scope is essentially one well-developed architectural design, not 12 separate concepts.
We are developing Phase 2 of an existing residential project in Romania. Phase 1 consists of 6 completed standalone villas. Phase 2 will consist of 12 townhouses arranged as 6 identical buildings, with 2 mirrored units per building.
We are looking for a freelancer/architect to provide the complete architectural design, 2D drawings, 3D design, renders, and presentation package based on the requirements below.
