I run a YouTube channel devoted to Financial Philosophy, and I need a skilled editor who can turn raw footage into sharp, cinematic pieces that educate mid-career professionals while keeping them glued to the screen. Every cut, graphic, and transition should serve our core goal: clear, engaging education.

Here’s what matters most to me:

• Editing craft. You’re comfortable in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or a comparable NLE, and you can layer in tasteful VFX, motion graphics, and color work that feel polished rather than gimmicky.
• AI & automation. I already experiment with tools like RunwayML, Descript, and other AI assistants; I’ll lean on you to push these further—speeding up turnaround without sacrificing quality.
• Trend insight. Each morning I’d like a quick report on what’s popping in finance-related YouTube, TikTok, or Shorts so we can borrow the best hooks and thumbnails.
• Audience growth. Editing choices should encourage watch-through, likes, and shares; expect to tweak intros, pattern-breaks, and B-roll based on analytics.
• Daily collaboration. We’ll stay in touch on Slack/Discord, and I’ll supply scripts or talking-head footage in advance.

Deliverables
1. Three fully edited videos per week (8–12 min each) in 4K and vertical-short formats.
2. One-sheeter each weekday summarizing viral finance trends, titles, and thumbnail ideas.
3. Project files neatly organized so I can revisit or repurpose any segment later.

I’ll share a sample clip once we connect; please link to at least two projects that show strong storytelling, tasteful effects, and pacing suitable for an educated, professional audience. Let’s make finance fascinate.
