Temporal-Driven AI Recruitment Platform

I am ready to move from detailed product-requirements to production code and need a full-stack engineer who can own the build-out of an AI-powered recruitment platform. Temporal will orchestrate every workflow, Postgresql will back our data, and Nous’s Hermes 3 agents will handle reasoning throughout the pipeline.

The product vision is clear:
• a Publication agent pushes openings to multiple channels;
• a Marketing agent drives targeted outreach;
• a Shortlisting agent filters applicants in real time;
• built-in Analytics & Reporting present actionable insights;
• an Application Tracking System ties everything together.

Your first milestones involve wiring Temporal to a solid Postgresql schema, standing up Hermes 3 reasoning agents, and exposing an API layer that other micro-services can call. Clean, scalable code and clear documentation are essential because I intend this to grow into a long-term collaboration.

Acceptance criteria for each sprint will be straightforward: passing end-to-end tests for orchestrated workflows, reproducible analytics dashboards, and latency benchmarks that keep candidate interactions snappy even under load.
