Telegram Marketplace & Escrow Bot

I need a full-stack solution that brings a secure, organised and quick escrow experience directly inside Telegram. The build includes four core components:

• Marketplace group chat (GC) where products are posted and browsed
• Escrow GC that tracks every live transaction for transparency
• A lightweight web or in-bot marketplace interface for offers, listings and order history
• A custom Telegram bot that ties everything together

Bot functionality
The bot should respond to /start, then offer these live commands: /verify, /deal and /vouch. Verification is username-based only; once a user is verified, they can initiate deals or leave vouches.

Deal flow
When /deal is triggered the bot presents a form capturing buyer username, seller username, product name, chosen currency, price, agreed completion time, plus terms & conditions. After both parties confirm, funds move into escrow, the Escrow GC records the event, and the countdown begins. On completion, the bot releases funds automatically.

Currencies
Transactions must work seamlessly in INR, USD and Crypto, with real-time conversion where needed so all parties see an accurate value at every step.

Tech expectations
I’m comfortable with Python or Node.js for the bot, but I’m open to other stacks as long as they rely on stable Telegram Bot API methods and handle webhooks efficiently. Security, error handling and clear logging are non-negotiable.

Deliverables
1. Source code with readable comments
2. Deployment guide (Ubuntu VPS preferred)
3. SQL or NoSQL schema for user, deal and escrow records
4. Quick-start README so I can spin up Marketplace GC and Escrow GC in minutes
5. One-week after-handover support to squash any production bugs

Acceptance criteria
• /verify confirms unique username and stores record in DB
• /deal posts a structured summary in Escrow GC and locks funds
• /vouch appends immutable feedback to the user profile
• All three currencies process without manual intervention
• No unhandled exceptions during a 24-hour stress test
