Mechnical Engineer

I need a mechanical engineer who can focus purely on the thermal behaviour of a new component I am developing. The task centres on accurate heat-transfer evaluation: identifying hotspots, quantifying temperature gradients and recommending design tweaks that will keep the part within its allowable temperature limits under real-world operating conditions.

I am flexible on the software you use—as long as the results are transparent, reproducible and supported by clear documentation, whether that is a full simulation report, hand calculations or a concise mix of both.

Deliverables I expect:
• A brief overview of the assumptions, boundary conditions and material data you applied
• The complete thermal analysis (models, raw files and screenshots where relevant)
• A short, plain-language summary of findings with any improvement suggestions
