Telegram Bot Link Automation

I need the very first version of an integrated system that starts with a rock-solid Telegram bot and grows into a full customer-facing platform.

In this initial milestone the priority is Telegram bot controls and real-time notifications. Through a simple set of in-chat buttons I want to:

• Create and instantly send a unique, trackable link for a new client.
• View at any time whether that client has opened their page and what they have submitted on the embedded form.

Behind the scenes the bot should talk to a small web service that:

– Spins up a private, single-use landing page under my own domain.
– Records every open and form submission to a secure database.
– Pushes a Telegram alert back to me the moment activity occurs.

Tech stack is flexible; I often work with Node.js, Python, Flask/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and the Telegram Bot API, but I’m happy to use what you’re fastest with as long as it is well-documented and easy to expand later.

Acceptance criteria for this phase
1. Telegram bot is deployed, reachable, and protected by my chosen admin chat ID.
2. “Create link” button returns a fresh URL every time, stores it, and echoes it back in chat.
3. Landing page loads under my domain, logs every visit, and offers a basic form (name, email, message).
4. “View activity” button pulls a concise history of opens and form data for any stored link.
5. Each open or form submission triggers an immediate Telegram message to the admin chat.
6. All data rests in a single database table (clients / links / events) that I can query directly.

Once this is running smoothly we will layer in the email integration, extensive page templating, and broader link management features, so clean, modular code and clear comments are essential.
