Looking for an Experienced Developer to Build an Intelligent Automation System for SHAHEM Platform
1. Develop a fully automated order management system with minimal human intervention.
2. Support three operating modes: Full Automation, Manager Approval, and Manual Operation.
3. Automatically distribute orders to service providers based on location, availability, and service type.
4. Support broadcast, sequential dispatch, and fixed provider assignments for specific zones.
5. Configure response timeouts, retry attempts, reminders, and automatic order redistribution.
6. Automatically request new quotations when orders cannot be fulfilled and select the best qualified offer.
7. Dynamically update zone prices based on actual provider quotations and platform commissions.
8. Automate manager approvals, customer notifications, price differences, and payment workflows.
9. Provide real-time order tracking, delay monitoring, automated alerts, and manual intervention controls.
10. Integrate all automation features into the existing Admin Panel with independent settings for each sub-service and complete decision logs.
