I am evaluating the best approach to implement an internal task and performance tracking system for our office.

### Team & Roles:
* ~25 team members.
* Hierarchical workflow: MD & Managers assign tasks and review work; individual employees execute.

### Non-Negotiable Requirements:
1. **Role-Based Workflows:** Managers assign tasks; employees receive and update statuses.
2. **Performance Tracking:** A star rating or structured scoring system evaluating task completion efficiency and quality per employee.
3. **Automated Reminders:** Trigger-based email alerts and notifications when a task is assigned, updated, or nearing a deadline.
4. **Individual & Management Dashboards:** Personalized views for employees to see their personal scorecards, and management views for team-wide performance monitoring.
5. **Google Sheets Integration:** Seamless one-click export or automated live sync to Google Sheets for downstream reporting.
