Telegram Multi-Channel Ad Click Bot

I run several Telegram channels and need an automation tool that can handle ad-view tasks across all of them while keeping each view tied to a unique IP address. The core workflow is straightforward: the bot opens a specified channel, waits a few seconds on the sponsored message, clicks the ad link, logs the action, then moves on to the next task. I want to be able to add or remove channels at any time from a simple interface or config file, because my list changes frequently.

Key functions I expect:
• Channel manager – add, edit or suspend multiple channels I own and have admin rights for.
• Ad-view sequence – open channel, keep the post in view for a configurable delay, click the sponsored link, close, repeat.
• Proxy rotation – pick a fresh proxy (HTTP/SOCKS5) for every single view so the recorded IP/location is always different. I will supply the proxy list, but the program must test and switch automatically if one is down.
• Activity log – date/time, channel, proxy used, link clicked, and any errors, exportable to CSV.

Language and stack are flexible; Python with Telethon/Pyrogram or Node.js with grammY/TDLib are both fine as long as you deliver full, well-commented source code and a one-step installer or Docker image. The solution should run headless on a Linux VPS yet allow me to watch progress through a minimal web or CLI dashboard.

Once built, I’ll test it on a small subset of channels; after that a short hand-off session will close the project. If you have prior experience automating Telegram interactions at scale, let me know and include examples so I can move quickly to awarding the job.
