I’m running Project PW and I need the spoken content of a series of Sri Lankan Tamil podcasts turned into clean-verbatim text. That means every word that carries meaning is captured accurately while habitual fillers, repeated words, and background noises are left out so the final document reads smoothly yet remains faithful to the speakers’ intent.

The audio is podcast material only—no interviews or lectures—so you’ll mainly deal with conversational tones, a mix of hosts and guests, and the occasional cultural reference unique to Sri Lankan Tamil. You will work remotely and can set your own hours as long as committed deadlines are met.

To be considered, attach a detailed project proposal outlining:
• the tools or workflow you’ll use to ensure accuracy and consistency (e.g., Express Scribe, OTranscribe, Google Docs, your QA process)
• your expected turnaround per audio hour and any limits on daily capacity
• a brief note on your experience with Tamil transcription, especially dialects specific to Sri Lanka

Final deliverables:
1. One clean-verbatim Word or Google Docs file per episode, titled to match the original audio filename.
2. Time-stamps at five-minute intervals and at speaker changes.
3. A short style sheet if you adopt any special conventions.

Once your proposal is approved, I’ll share a short test clip to align on style before assigning the full batch.
