Tally Bookkeeping & Reconciliation

Accurate Tally data entry, ledger upkeep, and clear financial visibility are pressing needs in my business right now. The current backlog includes:

• Converting raw vouchers and invoices into Tally, creating or updating ledgers as required
• Reconciling the last three months of bank statements against Tally records, flagging any discrepancies for review
• Recording all sales and purchase transactions so that inventory and GST figures stay current

Everything must be completed inside Tally; no other platform is necessary. Source documents will be shared in organised folders (PDF and Excel formats). Once the data is posted, I will review the updated trial balance and bank reconciliation statement to confirm closing balances match my bank feed.

Deliverables:
1. Updated Tally company file with clean ledgers
2. Reconciled bank statements (marked-up PDF or Excel)
3. Summary of sales vs. purchases exported from Tally

Acceptance criteria: zero unreconciled items, ledgers balanced, and all entries cross-referenced to source documents.
