I need a complete, publication-ready systematic review that answers one clear question: how effective is Anti-CD38 therapy in treating antibody-mediated rejection after kidney transplantation?
Scope
• Data sources are limited to published meta-analyses; no single clinical trials or isolated case reports will be considered.
• Key outcome measures that must be extracted and reported are overall survival rates, rejection rates, and documented adverse effects.
What the delivered work should contain
• A reproducible search strategy (MEDLINE, Embase, Cochrane Library, and any transplant-specific databases) with full search strings.
• PRISMA flow diagram, inclusion/exclusion rationale, and a risk-of-bias appraisal appropriate for meta-analyses (e.g., AMSTAR-2).
• Structured data-extraction table summarising each included study’s design, patient population, Anti-CD38 regimen, and the three prespecified outcomes.
