I need a mobile application that lets users log, review, and share their health information, with the core focus on symptom and medication tracking. The flow is straightforward: a user signs up, records what they are feeling, notes the medicines taken, and later pulls up clean, visual reports to discuss with a doctor or caregiver.
Key goals
• Easy daily entry of symptoms and dosages, with smart suggestions for common complaints and drugs.
• Timely push or in-app reminders so users never miss a dose.
• A history screen that charts trends and flags patterns worth discussing with a professional.
• Optional export (PDF/CSV) to email or share during tele-visits.
I’m open on tech stack—native Swift/Kotlin or a cross-platform route such as Flutter or React Native—as long as performance is smooth and data is secure (HIPAA-ready encryption at rest and in transit).
Deliverables
1. Clickable prototype for feedback on UX.
2. Production-ready Android and iOS builds.
3. Source code in a Git repo with clear commit history.
4. Simple admin or backend endpoint to retrieve aggregated, anonymised data.
5. Brief hand-off document and a recorded walkthrough.
Acceptance criteria
• All primary flows tested on recent Android and iOS versions.
• Zero crashes in a one-week closed beta.
• Reminder accuracy within one-minute tolerance.
• Data export readable by standard spreadsheet tools.
If you have launched similar health-tracking apps, I would love to see them when you respond.
