SVG Icon to Lightweight Lottie Animation

(modern sos emergency button) for mobile app:
I have a business-style icon that needs a fresh, modern redesign and a subtle looping animation. a circular red button with bold white SOS text in the center, surrounded by small glowing couple of stars that gently animate in slow looping motion around the button

You can work in After Effects with Bodymovin, Rive, or any comparable workflow, as long as the final output is a Lottie JSON (plus the source SVG) that stays under 1 MB. Smooth, seamless looping is essential because the file will run continuously in-app.

I’ll provide the current vector file as the starting point and will be available for quick feedback during the process.

Deliverables
• Updated SVG reflecting the new design
• Lottie JSON (≤ 1 MB) with looping animation on the specified parts
• Any editable project files so future tweaks remain possible
* clear background so it can be placed on any surface file

Acceptance criteria
• File size meets the 1 MB cap
• Loop plays without visible jumps or flickers
• Only the intended parts move; the rest remains stationary
• Colors and overall style fit a professional, business context
