Residential Design & BIM Support -- 2

I’m moving forward with a new residential building and need a skilled partner who can carry the project from concept to coordinated model. The scope covers three key areas: complete architectural and structural design, day-to-day construction management input, and full BIM modeling so that every trade works from the same, up-to-date information set.

My current preference is to keep the drawing environment in AutoCAD because that’s where most of the legacy documentation lives, but if you are comfortable translating or linking into Revit or even Staadpro for structural checks, that flexibility will be valuable.

Here’s what I’m looking for you to deliver:
• Design: plans, elevations, sections, and detailed schedules ready for permit submission.
• BIM Modeling: a federated, clash-free model with clearly organized families, sheets, and view templates.
• Construction Management Support: weekly look-ahead schedules, progress tracking, and rapid responses to site queries based on the live model.

I will provide the initial brief, site survey, and any municipal standards the moment we start. Success is a drawing set that wins permit approval on the first pass and a model precise enough for accurate quantity take-offs.
