I’m preparing to launch a dedicated surgical-product retail outlet and need reliable, on-the-ground data before committing to a location and inventory mix. Your task is to design and carry out a short field survey in the target area, approach medical professionals (doctors, nurses, clinic staff), hospital procurement contacts, and end-user caregivers, then deliver clear findings I can act on.

Scope of work
• Draft a concise questionnaire that uncovers which surgical supplies people buy most often, typical purchase volumes, preferred brands, current buying channels, and acceptable price ranges.
• Visit at least three distinct facility types—private clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies—or equivalent high-foot-traffic medical hubs to administer the survey face-to-face.
• Observe and log nearby competitors, shelf prices, promotions, and footfall to give me a snapshot of the competitive landscape.
• Summarise raw responses in a spreadsheet and highlight key insights in a short report (PDF or PowerPoint) covering demand hotspots, pricing bands, and any location or product gaps you notice.

Acceptance criteria
1. Minimum 30 completed questionnaires, balanced across the stakeholder groups above.
2. Spreadsheet includes all individual responses plus aggregated statistics.
3. Report clearly distinguishes actionable recommendations from general observations and is supported by photos of competitors’ storefronts or price tags where possible.

If you already have experience surveying medical markets, mention the tools or techniques you use (e.g., KoboToolbox, Google Forms offline mode). I’m ready to get started as soon as we agree on the timeline.
